5. What is your budget range for entertainment? Because we have such a wide selection of talent and prices, it is crucial that we know your budget range.

6. What kind of music/entertainment are you interested in? Which artists from our roster appeal to you the most?

7. Will the artist(s) be performing inside or outside? If outside, some groups will require a covered performance area, tent, awning, or overhang, and access to an electrical outlet.

8. Will the artist(s) be welcome to food that is provided for the guests?

9. How many guests do you expect?

10. How formal is your event? How dressed up should the musicians be?

11. What are your daytime and evening phone numbers and mailing address? A valid contact phone number is required.
