The Eagle Creek Band plays an exciting variety of classic and contemporary country music, rock and roll from the 1950's, 60's and 70's, and mainstream popular music.

The Eagle Creek Band has performed at many types of engagements including private receptions for Vice President Al Gore and Washington Governor Gary Locke, as well as numerous fairs, concerts, wedding receptions, and corporate and private parties. Some of the band's recent performances include: The Evergreen State Fair, Seattle Out To Lunch Concert Series, North Bend Alpine Days, Everett Salty Sea Days, Issaquah Salmon Days, Kent Cornucopia Days, Magnolia Summer Festival, Mercer Island Summer Celebration, Renton River Days, SeaTac International Festival, Tukwila Days, White Center Jubilee Days, SeaTac Music In The Parks, Normandy Park Concert Series, and Federal Way Steel Lake Park Concert Series. The Eagle Creek Band also performs for dances at some of the finest clubs in the Northwest including the Auburn, Monroe, Puyallup, Renton, Sedro-Woolley, West Seattle and White Center Eagles clubs.

The Eagle Creek Band includes: Karl Tegland of Bothell on lead guitar, Sandy Land of Kent on lead vocals and percussion, John Masai of Auburn on drums, and Jim Varnell of Normandy Park on bass guitar and vocals.

The Eagle Creek Band's repertoire reflects a variety of top musical influences including: Elvis Presley ("Jailhouse Rock," "Blue Suede Shoes, "Heartbreak Hotel"), Ritchie Valens ("La Bamba"), CCR ("Have You Ever Seen The Rain?"), George Strait ("Amarillo By Morning"), Alan Jackson ("Kiss An Angel Good Morning," "Pop A Top"), Patsy Cline ("Walkin' After Midnight"), Ricky Nelson ("Hello Mary Lou"), Ringo Starr ("Act Naturally"), Bill Doggett ("Honky Tonk"), Bob Seger ("Old Time Rock & Roll"), and The Dixie Chicks ("Hello, Mr. Heartache," "Goodbye Earl).
