The Ain't No Heaven Seven

The Ain't No Heaven Seven jazz band has been presenting their New Orleans style of Dixieland for over 17 years. With all it's original members, they preserve the wonderful toe-tapping, foot-stomping music of traditional jazz. You'll hear favorite compositions from Louis Armstrong, Jelly Roll Morton, Irving Berlin, Sidney Bechet, Duke Ellington and many other jazz greats.

This spirited music has always had, and inevitably continues to have, a wide following with rhythms that please everyone. About a quarter of the population is in an age group for which traditional jazz was an important music of their youth. Young people who hear traditional jazz find the beat infectious and often begin spontaneously dancing to the music.
